Shipping Information

Shipping time

We usually send an order on the same day or the next business day. Then it takes our shipping partner 1-4 working days to deliver the shipment. Overall, depending on which country you live in, it takes between 1-5 working days from placing your order to receiving your products.

For deliveries outside of EU, the shipping time may be longer and tariff costs may apply. Please contact us for specific information on deliveries to you.

Track package

As soon as we are finished processing your order, you’ll get an e-mail containing a tracking link. You can track your shipment from our warehouse in Sweden all the way to your address. If you don’t receive the link for any reason, you can email us and we will send a new tracking link to you.

Do you ship globally?

Yes, we can ship our products to nearly every country on all 6 continents in the world. Though there are still some countries which we cannot ship to.

PayPal

With us you can pay via PayPal. In the checkout process you are automatically linked to it. If you’re already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user details and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can either pay as a guest or create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

With us you can make simple, fast and secure card payments via Stripe.

We offer a 30 day open purchase. Information about any returns must be made in writing to us within 30 days of making your purchase.

How do I proceed?

Send an e-mail to our customer service at contact@mollient.com and let us know that you wish to cancel your purchase. We will then contact you with further information.

The return may not be carried out as cash on delivery or cod. The return must be sent to the address that you will receive from us when informing us of your return. We can collect shipments sent to a post office/delivery point or similar. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipment.

Basic

Is your wax really painless?

Simply put: It depends

Factors such as your hair tenderness, skin sensitivity and the body area being waxed will determine if the experience for you will be painful or not. We market our wax as a gentle wax because that is exactly what it is.

Our wax will primarily attach itself to your hair and not to your skin, which makes the experience very gentle relative to the alternative waxing products on the market.

How long does a bag last?

If you want to wax your face, armpits or genital area, we recommend that you choose 100 g.

If you want to wax your legs, arms, back or chest, we recommend that you choose 300 g.

As a beginner, some wax often goes to waste due to incorrect applications or other. Therefore, we recommend that you as a beginners go with little more wax than recommended above if you have a specific area in mind that you’d like to wax.

What ingredients do your products contain?

All our wax pearls contain the same main ingredients:

Colophonium (Rosin), Glyceryl rosinate, Ethylene/VA copolymer, Cera Alba (Beeswax), CI 77891, Glyceryl hydrogenated rosinate, Paraffin, Methylene hydrogenated rosinate, Hydrogenated coconut oil, C30 alkyl modified polysiloxane, CI 77163.

Can I mix different scents?

Yes, since all our wax pearls contain the same main ingredients, it is possible to mix it up anyway you’d like!

Our favorite mix is ​​Lavender and Honey.

Do I need wax strips?

No! Our wax is stripless, which means that it solidifies on your skin and that you then grab the end of the wax to simply remove it without any strips.

Waxing

The wax breaks when I try to remove it.

You have most probably applied a far too thin layer. Try to apply a thicker layer with extra thick edges so that the entire wax strip can go off when you remove it.

The wax becomes too hard when it solidifies.

You have allowed the wax to harden for too long! Remove the wax after 20-40 seconds when it’s still soft but no longer tacky/sticky to the touch.

There are lots of wax residue on my skin after waxing.

A combination of the wax solidifying for too long and too thin applications of wax will almost always result in wax residues on the skin. Try to follow the two points above and remember to apply extra thick edges and soon enough you’ll say goodbye to the wax residues forever.

Removing wax residues: For larger residues, apply a new layer of wax on top and then remove. For smaller residues, use Molliént Aftercare Wipes and gently massage until everything is gone.

All hairs don't come off.

Always remove the wax strip in the opposite direction of the hair growth. If the hair grows in different directions, apply new wax layers on the same area and remove them in different directions.

Aftercare treatment?

We recommend that you always use Molliént Aftercare Wipes when finished waxing.

The natural and healing grapeseed oil that’s in our Aftercare Wipes removes excess wax from your skin while its thin properties allows your body to absorb the oil, its nutrients, and its antioxidants instead of letting it act as a layer on top of your skin. This exposes your skin to the air and oxygen to recover while the vitamin-E in the oil works to protect and nourish your skin from within.

Can I reheat the wax that has been used on my skin?

We do not recommend it! Good hygiene is one of the most important factors to consider when waxing to avoid rashes and break outs.
