We Think That Hard Wax Has More Advantages Than Soft Wax

1. Hard wax adheres to the hair and not to the skin

Unlike hot wax which needs strips to work, our hard wax is all that is needed to make your skin silky smooth. When the wax has been applied, it solidifies and adheres to the hairs; you could say that it becomes a flexible “strip.” The wax adheres only to your hairs and not to your skin. This results in a more comfortable and effective waxing experience.

2. Hard wax hurts less

The reason that hard wax is less painful is because the wax sticks to the hair instead of the skin. When you wax with hard wax, the experience is less painful, and you do not have to worry about redness, irritated skin or pain.

3. Hard wax does not destroy the hair follicles

Both hard wax and soft wax remove hair from the root. This means that the hair grows back after a long time, unlike, for example, with shaving. But an advantage that hard wax has is that you can remove hair from any direction. Soft wax does not have that advantage because you pull the wax at the same angle that the hair grows. If the hair grows in different directions, hard wax can remove the hair without damaging the hair follicle. In this way, ingrown hairs are avoided.

Finally, hard wax can be used in the same place several times during the same waxing session. With hot wax, if any hairs are missed, they have to be removed with tweezers to complete the process. When you wax yourself with hard wax and there are a few hairs left, simply apply a new thin layer of wax on the area and pull it off. Minimal pain and no plucking.
