Each product is indicated by price including VAT. You can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment in the cart
Payment terms are stated at checkout depending on the chosen payment method.
Our Payment Alternatives
With us you can pay via PayPal. In the ordering process, you are automatically linked to it. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user information and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can either log in as a guest or create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. As soon as your payment has been registered with us, which usually takes a few minutes, we begin to pack your order. Of course you will receive an order confirmation from us.
With Stripe you can create an account or pay via bank card.
In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, modify and delete the information we have registered about you. (This does not include any data that we are required to save for administrative, legal or security purposes.)
The delivery time is usually between 2-5 working days. We reserve the right for it to take longer than that.
Uncollected Packages: It is your responsibility as a customer to collect the item at the delivery point within the time stated on your bill. The shipment is at the pickup point for 14 days before it is returned to us. In cases where the package is not collected, you will be charged the actual shipping costs of the round-trip shipping.
Right to withdrawal
We at Molliént offer a 30 day open purchase. This means that information about any regretted purchase must be made in writing within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please send an e-mail to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you wish to cancel your purchase.
If you cancel the purchase, the item must be returned unused, undamaged and with unbroken packaging/seal/technical seal. Please note that if the product has been reduced in value as a result of handling it to a greater extent than was necessary, for example to investigate the goods or similar, then we are entitled to make a reasonable depreciation on the purchase price.
It is you who must pay and arrange return shipping in connection with the regretted purchase. The return may not be carried out as cash on delivery or cod. The return must be sent to the address you will receive at the time you inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The return must be sent directly to the specified address and not to the post office/service point shipments sent to the post office/service point or similar will not be collected by us Please note that you are responsible for the return shipment.
